In the first post of summer vacation, I’m going to show you the foods I ate at home.
The first is the squid dish, and it is a squid stew that became a hot topic on TV recently because Mr. Trot’s Lim Young-woong ate it.
The second is octopus sashimi. It was very soft and chewy. Octopus and squid contain taurine and are good for health.
There are also pumpkin leaves.
For dessert, it is Dalgona coffee, which is a hot topic these days. In Korea, sweets made by melting sugar and adding baking soda to make them swell are called “Dalgona”. To make dalgona coffee in its form, you need to add coffee, sugar and water in a 1:1:1 ratio and stir it more than 200 times to create a froth.
Voila! It’s done, the taste is amazing!! and Soft taste~~!!
I usually like duck meat, and the smoked duck meat was fried with onions.
Will it be delicious?
I’m going to make a sauce for duck meat, and I mix honey mustard and mayonnes in a 1:1 ratio.
And it’s a fantastic combination when eaten with pickled radish and vegetables!!
While watching TV, Baek Jong-won made oil tteokbokki. I made it as a snack.
It tasted fantastic!
