After drawing the picture to make the strandbeest’s body plate, I came back to fix it later, and I had to reverse what I had done to lower the height to extude the hole previously to make the column shape.
In this case, it is easiest to select all the holes and then press GumballTransform to enter the numerical value.
Select curves, and select the axis you want to move, then, enter the numbers you want to move.
